AA Callister

When my boyfriend bought a Pair of expensive work boots the told him that he could bring them back if they didn’t fit. He had only worn them to work one day and they made a blister on his foot but the store said they couldn’t be returned. Never going back here.

The store had a lot of great selections and good prices. My fiancé and I went here the other day to get him a new pair of work boots. A lady came over to help us but she was so snobby! We asked her for a size 12 in 3 different pair she came out saying we only have size 11. Finally we asked for one more boot and she rolled her eyes and went into the back, she did not have a smile at all. She came out with a pair of boots she said these are a size 12 ½ we asked to try them on. She threw the box on the floor and begin taking out the tissue from the boot. My fiancé told her it fit she threw the boot back into the box without saying «thank you» or anything. She was so disrespectful, I wish we had another person to help us. We got into the truck and I looked at the size of the boot and they were a size 12! This was our first time in AA Callister I just wish we had better costumer service or someone nice!

The two ladies working on a recent Saturday afternoon were incredibly helpful getting me the right size of Levis 501 Shrink To Fit Jeans. I wish I had gotten their names, but they did everything to help me. In fact, they took the 501s a friend had bought me for Christmas (which were the wrong size) and immediately saw that they had been incorrectly sewn and made an exchange without question. I am surely to go back to Callister’s for their incredible selection of western wear and their impeccable devotion to customer service.

I popped into AA callister on a weekday morning to see if they had some boots I could wear when I was out working on horses. Unfortunately I left after 15 minutes because there was only one associate in sight that was already helping someone and no one else approached me to asked me if they could help.

AA Callister. Country hats, country boots, country clothes. Their customer service is beyond reproach. At the end of their day, they were pleasant and knowledgable. Big kudos. The icing on the cake… I spent two weekends looking for a respectable pair of women’s composite toe boots. They had a size eight womens Ariat. Sturdy and businesslike. Thank you so much for the consideration it took to stock these awesome boots!
