I had 3 different fencing companies come out to my business to give me a quote. Lou and his team were by far the friendliest and most accommodating. The job was done exactly as I had envisioned it, and it was done quickly and within my budget. I plan on using them again in the future and recommend them to everyone that asks.

I called several times throughout the year to have my fence looked at for service. First time I called it was as the season was coming to the end and they recommended I contact them after meeting in person. At the end of season, they said they were busy and would be best reached at the beginning of the next season. So I contacted them at the beginning of this season and they told me they were too busy to come by to look at the fence. They said they would try and see if they could come out or have someone call me. Two weeks later, I got a call back and was told someone would be by the house in the next day to take a look at the fence and evaluate what needed to get done and then contact me back. I did not receive a call back or email response. I called and emailed them several times and no one responded. Their calls kept ringing and ringing. So I made a personal visit at the store and was told that the person who reached out to me was in the field and would get back to me. They never did. So I gave up and went to Atlantic Fence instead.

Very poor customer service. What the say and what the do are two different things

Woodward fence installed our fence nearly 4 years ago. The fence is great and the installation was fine. The fence settled a little bit this last winter and it has been like pulling teeth to get Woodward fence to come out to see what can be done. They do not return calls, which is very rude. It seems like once they get your money they don’t care about taking care of problems.
