I have been pleased with items purchased off the shelf. However, the first time I commissioned them to create a unique piece of jewelry (son’s fingerprint in a vintage setting) I waited seven months. At then end of seven months, all they had accomplished was getting his fingerprint and a sketch of the pendant. The store is great for already made items but lacks ability to meet personal orders in a timely manner. I ended up using a different jewelers in town and was extremely pleased with their design and timeliness.
