buildings have plenty of parking, no pets allowed, so that was a plus.
ez walk to the beach
can walk to browns, markeys, dunkins, and convenience store,
can’t walk to downtown salisbury (about three miles) unless your kids won’t complain, we’re not that lucky
front to back concept, so each unit has ocean front
the first floor you CAN NOT visualize the ocean, but honestly, we spent little time on decking b/​c they didn’t have
tables, only a few plastic chairs.
utensils sparse, kitchenware clearly not accounted for, since we had 2 plates, and 10 coffee cups.
i always bring disposible.
the floors we’re definitely NOT sanitized between clients.
no vacuums or brooms are furnished, so i bring mine every year wherever we rent, b/​c i feel it’s necessary
fridge was old and never really got COLD

neighbors are all very quiet and respectful of each other, hopefully she hand picks her renters.
the previous week i was there, someone had three large (st bernards) dogs and she came up to us, worrying that my kids crossed her
front door, and she was scared her dog may bite my child~!!! i was thinking than maybe you shouldN“T bring it on vaca with 11 other renters.
this place needs an update in a really bad way, but for the $ we spent, i feel like we had a good deal.
