We went last Sunday evening and had the hot wings and oysters. They were delicious! !! We usually have the Johnny burgers which are always great. Shout out to Adam and Danielle. The service also makes the dinning experience and they were awesome!

I’ve tried and tried to like this place but every meal I’ve had here has been a disappointment. The mussels tasted like beer and nothing else. I expected a hint of beer to compliment the seafood not full on beer broth with no taste from the seafood. We ordered the pig tots and they were horrible! The taste and texture of the meat was off. I won’t say what it smelled like because I don’t want to be rude. We had the burger with the duck confit and it was barely average. The confit was salty. Burger was cooked correctly though, just not very special. Our server did not help matters because he seemed like he was on another planet, real spaced out if you know what I mean. To make matters worse, we’ve had him more than once and he is always«out there!» Lastly, I am not a beer drinker so I order cocktails and they take FOREVER to arrive and when they do, they are weak and watery. Wine selection is ok but again, it takes forever to arrive. One positive thing about this place is the outdoor area and entertainment is awesome! Ok, another positive thing is that paint nights are really fun if your order wine…

Was doing some shopping in Salisbury as a break from the beach and came across this gem. Was rated number one on trip advisor! Manager was so welcoming and helpful! Wings were phenomenal & half off. Would also recommend the crab imperial, had it on the burger of the day. All food is fresh and delicious, no complaints!

We came here at 10pm on a Tuesday, kinda leery about food and service quality, Bc we are realistic… Everyone there prolly wanted to go home. But we were pleasantly surprised and def impressed. Garrett was our server. He was attentive, polite, had a great grasp of the menu offerings(food and drink), good pairings, everything. Just Bc it was late, he never let his service level slide. He was great. The food was also great. We got mussels, smoked paprika clams, oysters on the half shell, pulled pork sliders, and fries. My aunt and I only eat seafood and we can be picky. All the seafood was delish, we devoured it all lol. My grandmother got the sliders and fries. I want to say she devoured both, but honestly, she spent all her time on those cheese fries lol. There were enough fries for t to have been an entrée. She took both home for left overs. We will def be back. When the food, service, drinks, and just everything is on point late at night, then you know it will still be that way all the time. Only words of advice: A) it’s kinda chilly in there, so bring a jacket. B) the late night menu is limited to easy bar bites and their daily special. Thanks Garrett!

Vegan options and gluten free options are clearly labeled. Just don’t ask to substitute anything, you’ll be charged through the nose, but it’s still REALLY good food, regardless.

The beer, solid. Summer session ale was light and complete. P.I.G tots were decadent. Burgers are tasty but nothing over the top. Bartender had a lot on his plate and was initially not attentive but once things calmed down he turned out.

The best brewery /bar /restaurant in Salisbury, Maryland. Evolution brews a great range of delectable beers. I would recommend their Rise Up Stout, Lot 3IPA, Lot 6 Double IPA, or Lucky 7 Porter. The atmosphere is relaxed and has both indoors seating and an outdoor patio. This is definitely the best place to be between 4PM to midnight.

Evolution Craft Brewing… good beer… GREAT food. We were only able to sample a few of their beers and nothing stood out, but lemme tell you, whoever is back there in that kitchen knows what they are doing. The meal this evening was exquisite(see, you made me, a devout hillbilly, use a word like«exquisite»…damn you). Never in my days have I walked into a brewing place and encountered food preparation such as this. Maryland Style Crabdip… excellent; Seafood Mixed Grill… superb; and the Apple Cobbler… delightful. Servers efficient and friendly too. We will return, and if I can find a 5-star beer in there somewhere, I’ll re-rate this place as a 5-star brewing company.

Slow service and the crab and avocado salad was not good either(it had too much avocado and the avocado tasted sour). The atmosphere was nice and I ate out on the deck.

Specials are really good on Wednesdays. Atmosphere is upbeat and Casual. Good wait staff. A definite positive alternative to the other restaurants in the area!!! Try the pulled pork sandwich with slaw! Really really good

It’s rare for me to be saddened when I see an empty plate or an empty glass of beer but I felt both of those emotions at Evo. First, the beer. I had a variation of their imperial stout(called Cathy) and it was awesome. When they brought it in a snifter, I was excited and the flavor didn’t disappoint. My very helpful waitress recommended the special; scallops on risotto with spinach, cherries and asparagus. I am not a huge fan of scallops, but now I know it’s because I’ve never had very good ones. All the flavors mixed together so well and I was happy with each forkful; until my plate was clear. I have traveled to many places across the county and rarely do I leave 5 star reviews. Evo deserves 5 stars easily. If I’m ever close to here, I will make the drive.

Wow! 46oz beers for $ 9 and a friendly staff. What more can you ask for? Neighborhood around it seems a bit sketchy.

Great brewery with excellent food. They say most of the menu is farm to table, I believe it. I sampled a couple house brews which were both great, the Bourbon Barrel Black Ale was particularly good and strong at almost 10% apv. Something for everyone on tap from interesting IPAs, Porters, Stouts, Ales, Lagers. I got the Crispy Roasted Chicken which was fabulous, very large portion made me stuffed. I will be back. Went back the next night and got different beers(all good) and crispy chicken again, it was equally as good. The food is great and consistent folks. They really put the time and effort into making this establishment suburb.

Hello Maryland! B+: Crab cake sandwich — the first crab cake I’ve had since I’ve been home. Pretty good, not overly seasoned and pretty good mixture. B: Deviled eggs — straight-forward, it is what it is A: Red house wine — from Wente, taste was good, not too heavy, just right before dinner I like that their menu have traditional bar food. Will be back.

We came here for dinner as their sister restaurant(the beerstro) was closed for the week. The atmosphere was cool. Crowded but we sat right away with a generally young crowd. The menu is not huge but offers good selection. Did not love the pork tots– they were fried balls of mushy pork– bit tater tots with bbq in them as I assumed from the menu. In speaking with the waitress, I got the impression that perhaps their menu descriptions aren’t super clear.(She said a lot of people don’t get that the duck confit burger is a beef Burger with duck on it). Would go back. The charcuterie tray was on point and our server was nice and knowledgable. Risotto was also excellent! Enjoy it– but make sure you ask if the menu description seems ambiguous.

Every time I head to the beach, I make sure to take a trip to the Evolution Public House. I’ve yet to have a bad dish here. There are dishes of all sizes and for all palates. Standard bar food with good burgers and awesome chicken wings. The pickled sampler is a must for anyone who likes pickles and/or vinegar. Also, when this close to the shore, one might be in the mood for seafood — the Thai Mussels are awesome and raw oysters are pretty great too. Meals can range from large plates like steak or excellent sandwiches like the pulled pork. Okay, an honest confession: I don’t think Evolution beers are bad, but I’ve never been super impressed. That being said, they always have a wide variety so there’s a beer for everyone and every dish has a suggested pairing. I come here for the awesome food — totally recommended.

Places like this are second homes to me when I’m on the road. Small breweries with amazing food — it’s just what I need. I started with a summer seasonal and later had the stout. The seasonal had a light taste with a nice hazy look. The stout was my favorite type: practically overflowing with delicious coffee flavor. If I came back, I’d get the stout twice. My dinner was the risotto without mushrooms, and they were happy to make the change to the dish without a fuss. It came with toasted brussels sprouts around the sides, which I promptly ate before anything else. I’d highly recommend this place to a micro brewery lover in need of a small friendly atmosphere and some truly friendly bartenders.

We drove over an hour to come here for a late lunch/early dinner and we were kind of disappointed to see that they only had the lunch menu available(at 4 pm) and we couldn’t order the two things we had driven down for(pig tots and risotto balls) Their website doesn’t specify anywhere that there is a lunch menu vs full menu. We ended up ordering the fried pickles and peppers and the deviled eggs to start. The eggs were not really seasoned and the pickles and peppers were pretty good. I ordered the chicken po’ boy; the bacon marmalade was good, the chicken was slightly overcooked, but other than that it was alright. The bread for me was the best part of the sandwich. Ultimately if you are nearby it’s a cool place to hang out for a while, they had two guys playing guitar and singing outside, but I don’t think I would make the drive down again
