Cut Up & Dye

The absolute BEST! I used to get my hair cut by Aveda salons only which ran at minimum $ 45 – 55 for cut and style only. A co-​worker recommended Cut Up & Dye and I’ve been hooked ever since! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and make you feel part of the salon family. The atmosphere is amazing, everyone is fun, laid back, and I have never been disappointed with the services. Drew cuts my hair and my son’s hair and Leila cuts my daughter’s hair. The kids absolutely love going to see Ms. Leila and Mr. Drew. Everyone here is very knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. I highly highly recommend going here! I promise you won’t regret it!

wonderful fun place with good stylists

So, I found myself back in good ol’ Salisbury, NC again on business, and as chance may have it, I needed a haircut. Well never fear, Cut Up & Dye is here! So off I went.
I was feeling good already when I walked in, just having finished an awesome lunch across the street at Mambo’s, but my mood improved a notch further as soon as I sat down. Everybody is chattering away, the customers getting «made sexy» and the stylists trying to make some decisions about lunch.
Honestly, I don’t have much to add to my previous review… The new girl Ashley took care of my hair, and did a great job. I always get a scissor cut (not a fan of buzz cuts) and some barbers just don’t seem to get it quite right… her’s was spot-​on.
If I find myself needing to come this way again in another two years, I think I’ll hold off on my haircut just for the excuse to stop in… really a fun change of pace from the work-​a-​day office life.

Probably the best place to go to forget you’re in Salisbury, NC. A trip to Cut Up & Dye just brightens up the day. Aesthetically it is great, a really cool place to sit and look around at all of the interesting art work on the wall.
I’m a guy, I keep my hair short and do not require a lot of the things they offer however I know they offer quite a few services, mostly ones standard to any full service salon.
I always leave feeling comfortable and confident with the job they do and feel like I had fun while I was there. If you cannot handle a few choice words included in the banter between employees then you may not enjoy it, but if you are ready to relaxed and go with the flow it is definitely the place for you.
