Internet keeps cutting off. I have had 2 service men come out and say nothing is wrong. But as soon as they leave the internet keeps cutting off. COMCAST SUCKS!!!

I recently had the experience of waiting in line at the local comcast office on Hobbs rd. for service. I signed up for a promotional program that a phone representative had offered me. I explained that I had already called the customer support office who had directed me to return an analog receiver for one with an hdmi connection. When I approached the counter the counter help was less than helpful. The lady behind the desk was not helpful and unfriendly in general. I gave her the account number and her only response was «I can give you a hd reciever, it’s going to be $ 9.95 additional. «I laughed and said you’re kidding! But she wasn’t. The reason I turned in my cable box for direct tv was to reduce my cable bill from $ 250 a month to under $ 80.
