City Nails and Spa

I work a lot and planned on treating myself for months… I was so sad after I left here because I really wanted a special day.
A few of the techs are really nice but I noticed they were sort of snarky and many had bad attitudes. I tip well so this is sad for them.
My cuticles were not touched on my feet or hands. I got a full set that was lumpy and he left my cuticles exactly the same. I had to leave for my hour long commute and honestly didn’t have the time or patience to dispute. Yes I was wearing sweats and no makeup BC I was on my way to do play therapy with a child but I have money to tip and did not expect the treatment I got.
Many people save to treat themselves and its quite a let down when you’ve been trying to make time for yourself for FOUR months and you get screwed.
Also I tipped before hand so I still had tipped them 15 bucks hoping it would encourage them to do a good job… not so much. Never again.

I have been going here for about a year now and have nothing but the best service and nails that I have ever had. Never any lifting or breaking. Everyone is always nice and they get me in with my crazy schedule.

Terrible. Use cheap polish then when it comes off after 1 day. Owner is rude and just wants a dollar doesn’t want to provide actual customer service. ZERO stars

More like Shitty Nails. This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I took my sister to get her nails done when I came in town one weekend. The woman was not only clearlyyyy trash talking me in a different language, she was rude, messy, and was filing my SKIN under the bottom of my nail to the point I had to ask her to stop bc my skin was raw and nearly bleeding. The polish job alone was terrible but she also took it upon herself to cut my nails down to the bed. Literally the entire white tip of my nail was gone and so painful. My sister decided to do a stiletto nail. Which is an acrylic nail cut in a claw like pointed shape. They charged her an extra $ 7 to cut her nails at a different angle rather than straight across. I will never ever go back here again and if you are wise, you won’t either. Save your money and patience.

Ugh!!! Went in for a manicure today.
The Gentleman who did my nails was not friendly. As I was sitting there, noticed nail clippings all over the floor. They were not busy, Employees sitting around… CLEAN UP! Was not impressed at all.
The final factor. After sitting under the dryer for 10mins, the guy said I was all dry. I left & was pretty careful with my nails. It didn’t matter, polish was not dry & I completely ruined the color. I didn’t bother going back. And plan to go somewhere else next time!

Do not go here to get your nails done. They hurry you through, they don’t cover the whole nail, the nails start chipping off the same day. I’ve been twice and both have been horrible. They also overcharge from the prices they have in their brochure. There was only one girl who did a good job and was friendly, and thankfully she worked on my daughter.
