Solid 2.5 stars in reality, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and round up to 3. The location is convenient and there is plenty of parking, but I find the staff grumpy and disengaged. I stopped by this morning to mail a package. Though the sign said they opened at 8:30 a.m., it was closer to 8:35 before the doors were unlocked. By that time, a small crowd had gathered. When they opened, without apology, there was only one person working the counter, so we moved inside and then got in line. Really not a positive experience, but pretty typical of what I’ve experienced here.

This is such a cool post office. Everyone who works here is so nice, and it has a very warm small town feel to it. I always come here to send anything out.

This is my favorite post in the Ann Arbor area. The staff friendly and enjoyable to talk to and the line is usually fairly speedy. For a man who has been to many post offices around the united states, this is the one i have always felt the most welcome at.

I like the people who work at this post office. They are consistently polite and cheerful. One might get the impression that they actually have fun working here together.
I try to avoid going there after 4:00 pm. The place can get very busy, with the line almost out to the lobby.
There is an automated postage machine in the lobby.
There is a FedEx box out front, which might be helpful.
