I went in for a mani-pedi one time and won’t be back. This salon has nice décor and equipment inside, but I’ve gotten better manicures from the mall. This salon has one of the smallest selections of polish for pedicures that I’ve ever seen. The pedicure itself wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great. The manicure though… oh my. While the tech was pleasant, she didn’t soak my fingers at all and I dealt with inflamed cuticles for a few days after from the trim. She used a Gelish shellac for my nails, and it has already begun flaking off… 3 days later. The polish is quite sheer, even though she put on 3 coats. I can see my fingertips through it and any lint or dirt under my nails just looks awful. I have had shellac manicures last 3 weeks, so 3 days is absolutely unacceptable. Especially for $ 30!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. From the greeting at the door to my less than half assed mani pedi and my 30 minute massage with a man who had hairy arms and cheap oil from bath and body works. Thank you living social for making me feel like I was going on a getaway. stay away from this place unless you like it when your manicurist doesn’t bother to clip your cuticles, give you a rub down with her gentle touch of a non massage then waste your money here.

I went there with my friend and we agree it wasn’t the worst pedi we’ve gotten but it was subpar for the price. We each paid $ 35 and we were out the door in only 45 mins. The pedi consisted of nail filing, an exfoliating scrub, polish and cuticle oil. No cuticle trimming, no lotion, no pumice on the heels, no massage, no hot towel or stones. It felt like an express pedi which is fine but not for the price. The techs did a good job with what they provided but the salon needs to offer more or reduce the price. The techs also did a lot of talking which I may have liked if I had been by myself but I really wanted to catch up with my pal. Also the room we were in was a bit cramped feeling and brightly lit. It would have been nicer without fluorescent lights… it needs a warmer feeling with softer lights, art and soft music or something. Like I said, it was by no means horrible but was too expensive for what we received. We did tip generously simply because they did a good job and you can tell this is the routine for the salon.
