Even though Jose was polite and helpful, he made a HUGE mistake.
I purchased a new cell phone upgrade to replace my existing phone. Sounds easy, right?
Jose managed somehow to mistakenly place my new cell phone under my husband’s cell phone number. I didn’t realize it until I started getting my husband’s texts and call on my new cell phone! Which means husband’s current cell phone was deactivated and switched to MY new phone! He was VERY unhappy, as was I since MY cell phone number was still with my OLD phone.
I don’t understand how anyone can make such a mistake. Very dissatisfied.
If there comes a time we need to upgrade husband’s phone, will will go to a different Verizon store.

We have been coming to this particular store for more than 2 years. We have NEVER received such good service in any cell phone store ever as we have had with José. He is polite, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. My son and I observed him once advising an elderly couple on a plan, phones etc, he was extremely patient and professional even after at least 30 minutes of silly and repeated questions. He was genuinely kind and patient. He has never tried to oversell to us or talk us into things we didn’t need. A really great guy. If he ever leaves this location, you can bet we will follow.
