I was lucky to find Jon. He is personable, thorough, and knowledgeable.
I am selling my house, and I used Jon to do weekly yard maintenance, power washing, fixing blinds, replacing toilet seats, repairing linoleum and chips in a sink, etc.
Jon was always accessible via phone, text, or email, and he was quite responsive.
Various mini projects came up over the time that I worked with Jon, and he was more than willing to complete them.
Jon was very good about sending me pictures and videos to update me on the work he was doing.
At the end of the project, he was great about sending me an itemized list with cost and materials for my tax purposes.
I firmly believe that because of Jon, my house was sold for asking price and in a timely manner. My realtor and others who showed my house said that they house showed very well. I would definitely recommend Jon for any yard or house maintenance.
