Out of all the Starbucks in the world this one is my absolute favorite. Joe is amazing he is always so sweet and help in every way I can talk to him about my day or not at all and he still gives me the same stellar service out of any Starbucks you need to make this one your home base. Mark and Angelica are equally wonderful. Joe is just my fav due to the ALWAYS asks how may day is and always wishes me well. I hear these 3 give the same amazing service to each and every person who walks through the door.

Best Starbucks ever! The people that work here are great! Very social and are great to mingle with! Joe and Marc are the best. Even though I am located near two other Starbucks, I prefer to visit this location. Even when they get busy, they are still very polite and happy. The starbucks at Sherwood should learn a thing or two about customer service from this location.

Did not have a good experience here today.
Asked for 2 pump white mocha, 2 pump mocha 130 degree drink — I stress the 130 degrees.
I get it and it’s blazing hot. I stand there hoping one of the two girls behind the counter will acknowledge me so I say excuse me a couple of times and finally catch the attention of one of them.
I say to her, «My drink should be 130, this seems much hotter, was it made at 130?» She ignores me, gives me a dirty look, turns to the gal who made the drink and asks her if she made it. Then they continue to make faces and chat about it while ignoring me the whole time. No apologies, no acknowledgment.
Seems they were very upset they made a drink incorrectly. Like *I* had ruined THEIR day. As polite and patient as I was, I was still treated like crap. I will never return to this Starbucks.

Let’s train them to be faster more efficient and a lot friendlier to customers. They always make you feel like you’ve inconvenienced them. They also take a lot longer than the average Starbucks. Hope this changes.

I live locally and this place is actually very close to my house (about 3 mins. drive). I’ve been coming here whenever I need something a drink to wake myself up and have to do my homework :(. But lately, the staffs have been slacking: one time they even forgot my order and I was waiting for half a damn hour. There’s another time when I was sitting down on the table while waiting for my latte. I was waiting and waiting until they call me or shout out my order. And then the staff came to my table and gave my drink, saying that «your drink might get cold». Well? I could have gotten my drink myself if they said something -.-. I’m kinda disappointed. The new staffs could have done better.

I absolutely love this Starbucks! Always good/​fast service. The staff is always friendly! They always seem prepared for a crowd because it can get busy there in the mornings and late afternoons. I’ve never had a better experience at any other Starbucks. :)

I’ve been a regular customer of this location. There was one time when they ran out of the drink that I used to get (Green Tea Frappucino) so I just ordered something else and to my surprise the cashier gave it to me free to make up for my disappointment. I was happy leaving their store. Such a nice gesture from Starbucks North Main!

This is the worse Starbucks for customer service and drink orders. I usually go to the South Main Street location but move closer to here.
I order my drink, got it wrong, they made it again. got it wrong…
Won’t ever go back to that location. It’s not the first time. We all have our bad days but c’mon… if the staff took time to do their work and stop talking about last night. Some people cannot multitask!

After a certain hour they only brew 1 type of coffee because after 30 minutes the coffee is expired. So why brew all 3 types of coffee all day when pikes place is the most popular and most requested one though out the day? Brew all 3 in the late aftetnoon. thats a waste of coffee! They will be more than happy to do a pour over method for your dark or light roast.
I’ve been getting much better customer service these past few months! Especially when I go without the boyfriend. apparently he knew a few of the. (old.?) Workers here and they were always rude to me. and only me. Haven’t seen them in a while and started seeing new faces. unless they work a different shift. Not from here and only in town about once a month on Sundays. keep it up morning crew!

This is one of my 2 favorite Salinas Starbucks. I go here when I’m at Target down the street. The tables outside are great when it’s a nice day and I need a break from shopping. Staff is always friendly, I must add!

Kind of strange that we have stopped at this starbucks a number of time when on this highway — could be the perfect location if your traveling of SF area — for a quick break and some more caffeine.
It has its own parking area as it is in the middle of a mall and you cannot go wrong with this starbucks.
There is usually a line for the restroom

Starbucks is Starbucks, but I had to shout out to the staff at this location. Being the closest coffee to my office means that they see me almost every afternoon is desperate need of a caffine fix.
The service is fast and friendly, and I’ve never left without a smile on my face! They’re even nice when I order something obnoxious like my standard Venti Quad Soy Latte w/​2 pumps caramel, 2 pumps vanilla. Yeah, they’re pretty great.
