Pretty poor selection of beer on tap, and an even more of a disappointing wait staff. Disconnected and unconcerned they will do the minimum, but nothing to provide a great dining experience. The food however is delicious. Sweet potato fries are almost worth a trip. The burgers are juicy and seasoned well. Each cut of meat I’ve ordered was delicious. They have a good vibe for covering games, and a lot of fights, and there aren’t too many decent spots to enjoy sports in Salinas.

This place should be re-​named as Oldtown Bar, and they should stop serving food. Greasy and tasteless, nothing special or extraordinary about it.
I asked for honey mustard, which was supposed to be part of my order, but they didn’t have it. They brought me ketchup and 2 types of mustard — which I was ok with until I noticed the super-​hard crust around the mustard dispenser; when I tried the ketchup, it bubbled like it was carbonated and tasted like alchohol. Hmmmm…
However the waiter was nice and attentive, it’s just too bad they don’t have better food.

nice set up, but the food sucks. We ordered the appetizer sampler. and it was just too greasy… I love my fried food, but can you please let it drain a lil bit. As for my entrée I ordered the mahi mahi burger. and the bread was substantially bigger than the fish. I will never come back for the food, but only for the drinks.
