I go here very seldom because of the abysmal level of customer service, but occasionally I’m in the area and don’t want to go to another city for something. Then I’m reminded just how bad this place is! For a simple question about a product, I waited and looked and waited and looked… nothing! At least the checkout clerk wasn’t as rude as she is sometimes. What I’m considering doing is lying on the floor as if I’m a dead body, to see what would happen. Problem is, I might get locked in overnight — assuming that they bother locking the doors. The only reason I gave them one star is that Unilocal!doesn’t seem to work with none, and I can’t find a way to post negative stars.
Horrible customer service, was waiting in toner section for 10 minutes after asking cashier for help selecting toner for my HP laserjet — she paged over the intercom, but nobody showed up… ended up using my smartphone to find correct toner. Could have understood if it was busy, but employees were just meandering around on a Tuesday morning. Different cashier claims she was stationed in the area and that ‘it was strange’ that we ‘didn’t see each other’, she had the usual defensive manager attitude — no wonder this store is nearly empty every time I go(conveniently near pet store) — I’m thinking this store will end up closing in the next few months(if there’s any justice and based on the lack of customers I could see).

Dropped a prepaid fedex pkg off to them on 6÷22÷13. The service rep told me to leave it on the fedex counter, which I did. I didnt ask for a receipt(my own fault) because the rep said the person in charge of fedex is not there at the moment. 4 weeks later the pkg never arrived and tracking shows pkg never entered fedex system. Either they lost the pkg in that location or someone there decided to do a 5 finger discount of my PUMA box. Lesson learned. Never again.
