I hope I could give 0 star. This is the worse experience for me ever. Me and my be we order couple burgers and ice coffee. I ask for a cup of water. The manager say she don’t have cup for water. And she don’t have water too. I ask for little extra lettuce, it’s 30cents. I never got charge for that in any Mac donald. And I can hardly believe Mac Donald don’t have drinking water! I realize majority customer are Spanish speaker, but it doesn’t mean they don’t deserve services!

there are so many McDonald’s in the world but I remember this one because it is right next to the panda express and I really like panda because their orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp is the bomb

This is the only McDonald’s I have been to ever since the company has had the deal: all size soda drinks for just $ 1, that does not honor this deal. Why?!?

–Not all deals are honored
–Gets very noisy and crowded at this food section of the mall

This is literally the cooloest McDonalds I have ever been to. Double Drive in, plasma tv’s, very polite workers, hot and very fresh food, and super clean.
So impressed that when I am in Salinas, I will only go to this McDonalds.
Kudos to the owner for running a very impressive business.

It is a rare pleasure to find a McDonald’s that rises above average and this was one of them. We used the the drive thru without having to repeat our order, the regular ice teas in sweet tea cups were ready for us as we drove up, the manager happily fulfilled our request for sugar substitute in one and even asked us if we would like some napkins. It is so nice when everything just works… to bad I have to drive to Salinas to get really good service.
