KFC

Just went through the drive thru at this KFC & had a very pleasant experience. The employee (Jaimem) at the drive thru was very delightful. He has a great personality, and was fast and efficient. Made me want to come back to this location.

Ordered the go cut nuggets with fries nuggets tasted terrible we let the service personnel we wanted a refund she said no so we had to trade it for something else place was dirty terrible

The employees here are depressingly lazy and inept. Very rude and pushy as well. I asked the employee to give me all of 30 seconds to decide with my wife and kids on what they wanted and the young lady taking my order was getting restless. Just another example of Salinas mediocrity.

Horrible customer service ! I waited 30 minutes for my 16 piece family meal which was to include dark and white meat. I got home and I had one chicken leg, one breast, about six wings and the rest were thighs all soaked in grease. I called three times and no one answered. Had to drive back and when I got there another lady had a complaint about her order. I explained and waited another 30 minutes for chicken. The manager was apologetic. The floor staff were unprofessional. They were cussing and the cashier was talking on her cell phone. Most of the time I have had my order messed up but since this KFC is close to home it is more convenient. So I usually check my order before I go but this time I didn’t specifically check the chicken.

It’s not as bad as anie v is saying. However the food is not as good as other kfc’s I’ve been to.

Excruciatingly-​poor customer service.
Family decided to order two buckets of chicken plus fixings.
When our order came out we only got the fixings and one bucket of chicken.
I reminded the employee who took our order that I had ordered and paid for two buckets.
She grudgingly prepared the second bucket, placed it in a plastic bag, dropped it on the counter in front of us and turned away without saying anything.
This evident lack of courtesy and respect for customers is so appalling and uncharacteristic of the employees at other KFC branches.
If you expect good customer service, then this is NOT the place for you.
Avoid this branch like the plague!
