I came here as a walk in client, there was two young ladies working and one was doing the finger prints and the other taking picture for ID’s cards. They were very efficient in getting their job done, kind of felt like cattle. No eye contact just took the forms and my money. The process of getting actual finger was only 10mins.
They charged me to print my form out and then made me wait like 10mins. So bring ur forms and your cash.
Also it so hot in there in the afternoon so go early in the morning.

SDI — now ID Concepts works for the County Office of Education as a vendor performing fingerprinting services and providing badges, replacement badges. lanyards, etc… even delivery. and always service with a smile. They are efficient and collaborative, and notably kind people. The staff fosters a very caring atmosphere at their storefront. Many of the departments/​divisions at MCOE speak highly of their customer care and efficiency. ID Concepts — you ought to be proud!

Husband and I needing to be fingerprinted, because we are volunteers with kids. I’ve been fingerprinted, before, because I work for a school district. This place has state-​of-​the-​art fingerprinting equipment– no pushing my fingers into ink. It was fast and efficient, and the service was very friendly. I noticed they also are a notary public, which would have come in handy when we refinanced our house. Great experience.
