I have been a customer for 2 years and have bought thousands of dollars of equipment but today 12-​24-​2015 is an exemption. I drove all the way from seaside to here to bring a piece of equipment I purchase 30 + days ago and I was told by some lady behind the counter I will get all my money back $ 247.00 after talking to an other person bold shaved guy he only return 188.68??? He said it was for fees and money I owed from last time I was in store… ???

I was a little hesitant since they only had one review but I showed up anyways because I was desperate to get a new radio. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and the installation was free and done right away. They were also honest about me spending extra money on my current system that it wouldn’t really help much. Many people wouldn’t be that honest. Very happy and saved about $ 75 versus Best Buy.
