Applebee’s

Run of the mill set up same as every other Apple Bee’s with the exception of being quieter by about a 1000%, which was great since we are on a long road trip and could do without the excessive noise.
Server Lupita was polite, attentive and quick to respond to our table needs. Food was brought in less than 15 minutes which we’ve never seen at an Apple Bee’s before.
Husband and I ordered the 2 for 25. We both selected the side salad (pretty simple, just a few more butts than I’d like) and baby back ribs (pretty descent actually, cooked just right). I could have done with a little less barbecue sauce but I was able to wipe off the excess and that’s my personal preference that I didn’t mention upon ordering.
Our kids usually enjoy the kids meals and this restaurant was no exception. If they ate it all, they liked it kinda thing.
Overall descent and better than the standard experience for the type of restaurant we knew we were eating in.

68 degrees outside & management still ran the air conditioning? We thought we would tough it out & suffered for it. Food was typical Applebee’s, fair at best.

Waited 10 minutes to be greeted by a server. We were getting ready to leave. The server was nice but not really on it. We got the appetizer with the meals. He kept calling us «guys», can’t stand that. Over all the service was lacking and the food was mediocre. Management could do a better job at providing support to the staff instead of standing at the bar chatting with her friends.

Just ate dinner here earlier this evening. On the advice of our server, I ordered a Bourbon Street Steak. This was the toughest piece of meat I have ever been served-​anywhere. I spoke with the manager after finishng our meal in order to advise her of the horrendous quality of their meat. She apologized and shared with me that «the meat has been tough lately».
Really?
Then why are you continuing to serve such a substandard product and charging for it?
It had been awhile since we had been to an Applebee’s. It will be an even longer while before we return.

I come here pretty often and the food has always been mediocre, sometimes my chips for the artichoke dip were stale or my soda is watered down but they blew it this time. we waited over 30 minutes just to receive microwaved food. even the fries were microwaved. my steak tasted so dry and gross. if your food comes out piping hot & cools down quick, it was most likely microwaved. I get that it was busy but if you’re gonna make us wait 30 minutes for some damn food please don’t microwave it. needs nicer staff too.

A great way to ruine a birthday party of 20 people. Don’t know why they would give us a New Work to take a big order and get it all wrong. Not knowing where each meal goes. Waiting 2 hours for food. It got to the point where we were just grabbing random plates to eat cause she didn’t know where everything goes. Forgetting appetizers. Not refilling drinks. Even more upset, the kids got fed last after everyone. I order a cheeseburger plain. It came with everything. I sent it back. It came back with everything scrapped off and said it was freah. I talk to the manager and nothing was done.

I Ordered 2 for 20 to go and it all tasted shitty. Fries were stale like chips I asked for BBQ fries and they gave me regular, the appetizer was spinach artichoke dip, chips were broken and tiny and stale as well. The dip had a hair in it. Wtf I asked for silverware and didn’t get shit. I paid for my order online and the chick that brought my food out was like you have to pay for your food first lol. She was clueless I ordered online and paid for it online, so she went inside to see what’s going on and what do you know I paid for it online. Smh

I came here for lunch with co-​workers. It’s pretty much the same as every other Applebee’s I’ve been to. Nicely decorated with local memorabilia. Our server was attentive and polite.
I ordered a two item lunch combo with half a club sandwich and fiesta chicken salad. The sandwich bread was saturated with butter, and overall totally a grease bomb. But edible, since I didn’t have much of a choice. The salad was fresh, and I liked the crunchy tortilla strips. Very glad I got the «jalapeño ranch» dressing on the side, because it was gross — not at all ranch like. It was more of a creamy-​vinegary dressing like I would expect on cole slaw. I ordered some regular ranch which was unoriginal and tasted like Hidden Valley Ranch from a bottle.
The strawberry lemonade was delicious.

Looking for great happy hour deals? Applebee’s is the place to hit up for appetizers and drinks. My bf and I love to go on Friday nights and always sit at the bar. Shout out to the ladies at the bar!

Great place to go and enjoy appetizers, beer, and company. I go with my lady pretty often and never had any thing to complain about. Bar staff is cool and very attentive. Yee!

Got food poisoning… enugh said, also service was horrible, the waitress was unattended. Place need work no doubt

I was given HORRIBLE! customer service by one of the waitresses my friend and I were so stoked to eat here… so far so good until the server with a tounge piercing came and we were asking questions about the dish we were going to get and that’s when she said «say no to drugs guys because it’s effecting what you want to order» I felt so DISRESPECTED that I lost my appetite because of her unessesery comment… I am NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!

I ordered car side to go online today to pickup at 11:20 and I get there at 11:21 and waited ten minutes and no one came out. I called and said I’ve been waiting and they said «we don’t have someone doing car side Togo until12:00.» So wouldn’t the logical thing to do is to call me when the order comes through and advise me that no one is there? This also happened to me last time but it was after 12, horrible service.

Very attentive service. Fast and efficient. Food was actually quite tasty and good value.

‘Mediocre’, that describes everything: food taste, service, food quality, ambience. Oh, prices aren’t mediocre…
This is not a ‘first timer’ review. Been there half a dozen times over the years, it’s always been the same. Well, I guess you could call that ‘consistent’…

There is a reason why this place has only 2 stars and do not see how they can make that up.
— Service, I stopped to buy something to go. I parked at the to go spot. A girl comes out and said you can not park there it is only for people who ordered on line. I said the sign says «short park, for to go orders.» Did not even let me say I am ordering to go.
— As I was about to leave and don’t stay, some friends came by and stay to have dinner. They did not bring my wife’s plate plus took forever to attend us.
— the food is ok, but not worth to wait and sometimes you wait but feel welcome, here not even ½ way that.

My sister had a gift card so we came here for lunch. We got here around 1 and it was busy. Our waiter was just finishing up a large birthday party of 25 or 30 people.
We started with some drinks. My sis had an Iced Tea. It looked like dirty dish water and tasted just like it looked. I was appalled that they would serve this and told the gal that brought it to us (not our waiter) this and she just laughed and said I always add syrup to it so I can’t tell haha, ok. We sent it back and asked for a Pepsi instead and she never got asked for a refill. I got a Pomegranate-​rita it had a weird artificial sweetener flavor and looked nothing like the advertised photo.
I ordered one of their new bowls with a cut up steak and grains on the bottom. Our waiter asked how I wanted the steak cooked, rare please. It came to the table well done so I sent it back. He brought me another one, well done again! He asked if i would like to try different steak dish so I tried their Bourbon Whiskey Steak with mashed potatoes, grilled onions and mushrooms, rare please. AGAIN WELL DONE!
What the heck?!? I am starving by now and my sister has already eaten her meal. Our waiter had me cut the steak open in front of him which I happily did and he couldn’t believe it either. So he came back and suggested I get something that wasn’t steak. Ok, it’s almost 3pm and he offered me something off the lunch menu. I got a thai salad and french onion soup. I was really disappointed that they couldn’t cook any steak properly and the soup and salad was just ok. Finally a manager showed up and we discussed the problem. He took my meal off our tab. But honestly we’ll never come back.
My Sister had a basic hamburger and asked for sweet potato fires but they brought her regular fries instead. Couldn’t even get that right.

2 min to order 2 dessert and drinks.
20 min to recieve our 2 desserts
5 min to recieve our drinks and we already finished our desserts.
20min to recieve our Bill.
Bill had 2 items that wasn’t ours
5 min I explain to the waiteress about the extra charges. She said that the mini bit brownie cost $ 5.99 and told her that was wrong and to please check your price. Then she said that how it is in the computer. I ask her again to please check again and the Presto game was charge to us even though we didnt have the monitor on our table.
15 min– waitress brought an updated reciept.
5 min –she return and I explain about still had the charges for the presto game.
She said in the computer its remove and the reciept just didnt print it out. She left and another waitress return and I had to calculate and explain to her that there is no presto game at my table and my calculation was right. Then she left
15 min– the waitress returned with the right amount reciept.
I notice that if my waitress did not tell about the give card promotion and when she return to get the bill I explain that she didn’t ask me about the promotion and that I am suppose to get a free dessert coupon for my next visit.
10 min –later she gave me a expired coupon. WTF.
*TOTAL 1.57 min for just a dessert and service. This was a waste of my time. I dont know if the expired coupon will work.

Well… it’s Appplebee’s.
They really need to get a clue here and change the menu and the food. I really believe there are some serious issues here. The management didn’t have a clue when I approached them… The management also didn’t care. This is the same story at all Applebees however, I was hoping this one would be different.
Will this review matter? Not really other than I know not to come here again…

Okay. On saturday nights this place is «club applebees». You can find an array or scantily dressed women with too much ill-​matched lipstick on trying to pick up the local gang member posers that think they are hood.

Besides those details… after 9 there were half price appetizers and $ 3.50 drink specials. No pitchers.
