What the heck? Two stars??? Are you kidding me? Ace was the only place in town that I could find to even consider embroidering such a small job of mine. I only had one stocking needing my son’s name on it. They happily took it in and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. I called around first because i had no idea where to go. Nobody does single item jobs anymore. I know they’re slammed with much larger orders but they never made me feel like my stocking was less important than their larger jobs. Thanks Ace High! You guys are the best and I totally appreciated my job.

I went to get a jacket embroidered, I dropped it off on Monday and received it Friday it was only 2 lines and 2 words, when I picked up the jacket I already paided for it prior so I took it home to look at. The embroidery words are not straight it’s slanted which really upset me because I paid 50 dollars for the jacket and for them not to get it straight pits me off. I will not be going back here! If you want straight embroidery work don’t come here.
