Dairy Deal

Extremely Bad. I ordered a bbq chicken wrap with bacon and NO vegetables. When I received my wrap, unfortunately it had lettuce and onion and other vegetables. When I asked them to remake the wrap, I was told they couldn’t. So, I asked for a refund. I was told they couldn’t do anything. I then said that I would post my experience on Facebook and suddenly they was willing to remake the order. The manager is very very rude and should consider a different a different job because she apparently isn’t good with customers. When I finally got my order the manager seemed to just throw down my wrap down and stood and glared at me. She really made me very uncomfortable and I hope she reads this and realized that I was really trying to be nice about it, but that is no way to threat a customer. Unfortunately I have to give a rating. With the managers attitude I’d give this establishment a negative rating. But previously, I had great food. This experience was extremely bad and it’ll leave a lasting impression.

My family has been buying food from here for 30 years. We placed an order on the evening of 11÷21÷14 and the person who took our order was the rudest order taker I have ever had. I called back a minute later asking to talk to the manager and the woman who took our order said she was it. I asked for her name and she wouldn’t give it to us, so we cancelled our order and she then hung up on me. We will never eat there again and will make sure all our friends know what happened. Really the rudest person I’ve ever encountered as a manager of a service industry. Not good for them because of the local competition. Now we will order Pig n Out from now on.

While cruisin’ around the northeast quadrant, made our way through Salina and noticed the Dairy Deal. I like these little drive-​ins so had to stop to try their food. To my surprise the food was absolutely delicious. Just had a burger and fries and for as crowded as the place was service was quick. The people were friendly and on the ball. Definitely a cruisin’ stop point.
