Well, I paid for 2 twin matresses, & were told they would be delivered. I haven’t heard from them, & they won’t answer the phone, nor return my phone call. Not sure what kind of business they run, but so far my experience has been more than dissappointing. They have my money, but I don’t have my matresses.

So I saw some of the bad reviews so i wanted to hold off rating this place till after delivery. Went in Saturday, in and out in about 40 minutes, found a bed we really liked, couldn’t beat the price. He said it would be delivered on Monday (today)…no hassles what so ever. I would highly recommend this place if you need a good, name brand mattress at great prices!

I loved the mattress itself, but horrible customer service! I was told we could finance the mattress with 6 months NO INTEREST and come to find out (5 months later) when i should have paid it off I’m getting charged interest. I have been trying to get this resolved for a week and they say they will work on it and return my phone call and my phone NEVER rings. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WHAT SO EVER!

Can I give them a negative star rating? After more than 4 months of fighting them to get our money back, we were finally given a refund. This company has terrible customer service and ZERO integrity. The owner tried to force me to remove my negative FB comments before he would issue a refund, even though the company is entirely at fault. In addition, he said he would «waive the ordering fee» (like he was doing me a favor), when in reality they sold us a product they did not have and could not get… and tried to keep our money! If you go into this store, I suggest you take the mattress home with you right then because if you give them money and expect them to deliver it, it is never going to happen.

Seriously LOVE this store. Store management and associates are attentive, loyal, and satisfying. Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else to get bedded.

I purchased a pillow top bed from them and they delivered it to Los Altos for me quickly and for an amazing price. I saved so much money. The bed is so comfy and I paid over $ 500.00 less than the lowest competitor. Even if the bed had a few scuffs it was still New and well worth the money. I’ll gladly save $ 500.00 for a few scuffs in a bed.
