Let me tell you — John is the man to see if you have any questions on your plan or need a new phone. He has stayed open late multiple times to help me out. He always warns me if I’m considering a new phone on which phones are awful and which phones are great. I will gladly pay his dealer price for a new phone or accessory instead of taking a gamble on some refurb phone from Boost or elsewhere.
