Aside from being the only harp showroom in a wide area, the Harp Connection shines in a lot of ways. In addition to having several harps in stock, they carry lots of accessories, sheet music and recorded music.
I purchased two harps from the Harp Connection — a Lyon & Healy Troubadour and a Lyon & Healy 85e. Going it to try out the harps was easy and with no pressure. I could take my time, play each harp I was interested in and ask a ton of questions.
Also, recently I asked about a pickup for the purposes of recording. The person who spoke to me (I’m sorry I forgot her name) asked me questions about my needs and then suggested a product that they did not actually carry (not a pickup, actually). That, to me, is a sign of real customer service. They really care about the needs of their customers.
Above selling harps and accessories, they also do harp service and regulation.
Highly recommended.
