Don’t go in this store (Salem center mall)…I have never given a 1 star on Unilocal until now. A young girl working there needs to find a job away from people. Rude, condescending… and on top of that, she didn’t have the correct information (I called t-​mobile and asked them the same questions). Some of us are not real savvy when it comes to understanding phones, we tend to get a bit anxious… that is why we go into a store so someone that is polite and patient can explain to us (at low level) so we can function at some level of understanding. (Arrogant people don’t get this concept) I joined T mobile 13 years ago… this gal was still getting her nose wiped and lunch made by mommy.
