My local T.J. Maxx store has absolutely AMAZING customer service. Of course, I love to shop there, but I am always pleasantly surprised by the friendly, personable and helpful people who work there. Tonight I happened to find some incredibly inexpensive wine glasses that exactly match a set of four that I found a year ago at Marshall’s. I love them because they have silver stems and are quite striking. I couldn’t believe my luck and was gushing about my find to the lovely cashier, Ciera. We got into a conversation and I was struck by her genuineness. Only moments before I had sat down in the small seating area in the front of the store to find a product review on my phone. I dropped my phone, and a sales associate named Jorge called to me from 15 feet away, «Don’t move!» He bounded over to me and picked up my phone and handed it to me with a smile. WOW!!! Both of these young people deserve recognition for their outstanding customer service skills! During the same visit, I was assisted by another associate and a woman who may have been a manager. Very friendly and helpful. In addition, two other saleswomen asked me if I was finding everything I needed in an extremely friendly yet nonintrusive manner. This all occurred during a visit of less than an hour. Such a great experience!
