I came here for massage after a back injury and stayed until I moved and it was a top notch experience every time. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming of first timers as I was and explained the entire process. They work with you to ensure you’re maximizing your time to get the full benefit on your visit.
The rooms were clean and I never felt rushed or had anyone attempt to sell me on buying products like Massage Envy. My pain was alleviated almost entirely after a few visits. This is a perfect place for someone looking for relief from chronic pain.

I visited Skin Solutions on February 2012 and I have to say I loved the experience. I had the express facial, shellac manicure and spa pedicure. Bridget was my pedicure lady and she was just wonderful, she made the experience 100 times better because she was so easy to talk to. I’ll be honest when I think spa I think stuck up and snooty people but at Skin Solutions they are far from that, they are so down to earth and make you feel so comfortable.
The express facial was so great and relaxing, I’ll definitely be back for a Deep Pore Cleansing Facial as I went with my friend who had that done and she was raving about it. The reason I gave 4 stars is because my nail color could have been applied just a tad more carefully, it doesn’t look bad, but it doesn’t look perfect either (and I’m a perfectionist), and also during the spa pedicure I would have preferred if my heels were scrubbed a bit more (they were in pretty bad shape).
I’m pretty sure if I would of spoken up they would of done exactly what I asked and everything would of been perfect, I plan on doing that next time… yes, there will definitely be a next time. I highly recommend this place.

During the last summer, I got a pedicure at Skin Solutions and I could not have been happier. I do not remember the type of pedicure that I had (they have several options) but when I left, I was thoroughly pleased with the time spent.
Every other time that I have had a pedicure, it was at one of those malls places with the Korean men/​woman who do not speak english and it is always a little uncomfortable. Don’t get me wrong, I like to read a 6 week old Cosmo as much as the next girl but there is something to be said for sitting in a chair for over an hour and having someone to talk to. The woman (which for the life of me, I cannot remember her name) had most of the same interests that I do (working on cars, etc.) and we slipped into an easy conversation. I even had a new issue of Cottage Living if she left the room!
I did not see them clean the foot bath, which was a little bit of a disappointment. And in hind sight, I should have asked them to clean it in front of me. The pedicure itself last for about an hour and a half, including a foot massage, several gooey things applied and washed off, a foot mask (wow), and super tasty smelling lotion applied to my feet. I wish that my feet would have dried a little faster as they were a little slippery when I left. Otherwise, the pedicure itself was a fine experience.
As for Skin Solutions as a business, I do appreciate their weekly emails with available appointments and info for monthly specials. I also received a certificate for a free massage/​facial, which I did not get to use before it expired, but it was nice to receive. They also had a contest not so long ago that you were able to enter a friend/​coworker/​etc. into and they would win something. I entered a coworker and she received a certificate for a free massage/​facial as well!
Over all, I would recommend Skin Solutions for their environment, very down to earth staff and freebies!
