The old bag with the terrible red dye job should get a clue on how to treat patrons. Incredibly rude. Will not be returning.

Okay first let me start off by saying, I love this place. They actually have that fantastic oh-so-bad-for-you bar food that’s cheap and exactly what you’re looking for. Free pool on Sundays, awesome. Karaōke night, even better. Bartenders are pleasant to be around and have that sassy humor that just makes the night all the better. I was dragged here by a coworker and wasn’t expecting much, especially with their location but that just gives them that great seedy atmosphere and if you’re female, you don’t have to worry about the random lech because the boys that are you will protect you in a heart beat. They’ve stolen my heart if the best ways and I love them all the more for it.

I came here for the 1st time with a friend that had been here previously. It was a Wednesday, Marty gras I believe so the place was super busy. The bartenders made good drinks but seem soooo uninterested, I wouldn’t have been surprised if they didn’t even notice my tip. They were promoting a drink(velvet cinn-delicious) and had ladies walking around basically shoving it down your throat. But I do agree, the location is awful and you never know who you are going to run into in the parking lot. But not a bad place to get a drink and gamble a bit.

This place is scary looking and there are often shady characters walking in and out. That’s all I’m going to say. Good bye.

I was taken to Shooter’s Café & Saloon by my friend, Jeff H, to kill some time before a movie and to possibly see if a coworker was there. It was very dark when we walked up to the building at 10pm. Almost no outside lighting. There were two doors at the entrance but no indication of which to pull to open. One is locked, the other is not. Guess which one we chose? Opening the door leads to a bright room. The bar is on the northwest part of the room, lottery machines one the northeast, bar height tables on the southeast part, and pool tables in the southwest. There was a stereo system loudly playing country, alternative, metal, and other songs. Really odd selection. The bar looked very well stocked. Jeff got a beer while I looked around for somewhere to sit. The first table was occupied, but the other three either were dirty with drink rings or had empty glasses on them. The bar wasn’t busy at 10pm on a Thursday night, with only four patrons sitting at one of the tables, so it seemed like laziness on part of the bartender for not having these tables cleaned right after the people that used these tables had left. Also of note was that there was very weak cellphone signal. Both Jeff and I have Verizon and use the same phone. While our phones indicated 3G, we both experienced one bar on our phone. Not a knock to the business, but be aware of very low coverage. I am giving it two stars due to the cleanliness. In a bar that is not busy, there shouldn’t be tables that are dirty or glasses left out.
