Servpro of Salem/Peabody/Marblehead

Over the holidays we had soot damage from a furnace blowback. We called ServPro and from the very moment we met John he put us at ease. He walked us through the necessary steps and explained how and what the issues were that we would have to deal with. He was there for us anytime we needed him or needed questions answered. The crew was very hard working and extremely thorough. They brought air scrubbers into the house to assist with air quality as well as help with removing the oily smell. Everything we owned had to be dry cleaned or washed and every cabinet and pantry item had to be checked and cleaned or thrown away. They provided the insurance with paperwork and lists as needed.
I can’t begin to tell you how grateful we were John and his crew. They not only came to our rescue to clean our home but they helped walk us through what can be a very overwhelming experience.
