This place does have a good inventory, but customer service is very poor to say the least. I visited this store and approached a young lady and asked if she was available, she looked at me and rudely asked if I had a question, I replied obviously given the attitude she gave me. I could no bother asking anything after the way I was treated so I thanked her and walked away. The girl just rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders. I found what I looked for and went to pay however another young lady checked me out and I thanked her… she looked at me like if I was an alien and did not say anything. I will NOT return there or recommend it to anyone. They hire nothing but uneducated girls who don’t have a clue about what good customer service is.

Was referred to Sally’s by my hairstylist, as I needed a new blowdryer and wanted something better than what’s offered at Target or CVS. The clerk was knowledgable about the dryers and also recommended a brush to help straighten my hair. I’m quite pleased with both products and will definitely shop there again.

I tend to use the same products regularly and this store is well stocked. The staff is friendly and somewhat knowledgeable. They do know about hair coloring and the actual colors your hair may come out vs. the swatches. I can count on the store having what I need in stock. The sally card is a good investment if you shop here regularly as the discounts add up. This store is a must for the home beauty do-​it-​yourselfer.
