Pizza Hut

If I could give this place zero stars I would. 4 out of the 6 people that ate here got food poisoning. It was our last night in Salem so we ordered a pepperoni pizza and a mushroom olive pizza. The pepperoni pizza was the one that made everyone sick. Me and 2 other people that got sick had to travel home Monday morning. Flying while having food poisoning is the absolute WORST! It’s been 3 days and I’m still feeling terrible. When I called my sister in law the morning and told her what’s going on she said she would call. Talked to her later that day and the «manager» said she «thinks in an isolated incident.» PEPPERONI PIZZA — one of the most popular pizza toppings ever. So it was either the crust, cheese or pepperoni, but something was messed up and made us sick! Absolute worst!

Two hour delivery time. No other pizza store in the area comes even close to this ridiculous time to deliver an order. Tonight, after waiting for nearly two hours for my order, the delivery driver «discovered» that the cheese breadsticks were missing. He looked at me like he was hoping I would say it was okay and to forget about it. Said he would go back to the store and bring them back. He called me a little while later and said they were «out» of cheese breadsticks. This isn’t the first time that this Pizza Hut has been out of pizza items or other products.
These things are not employee problems. This is a management/​franchise owner problem. They are understaffed, which is why there are two hour delivery times. The management/​owner is also under ordering product, probably to save money. Only problem with that, however, is you have unsatisfied customers.
I ultimately got a credit for the cheese breadsticks that I paid for and never received, but after I use that credit, this store will not get another order from me. There are other companies who obviously want my business more.

We ordered at 3:59 and the pizza was here at 4:20. Crazy fast. And the delivery driver even offered to kill a spider that was hanging out on my porch. Nah, I’m cool with spiders, but it was a valiant offer. The pizza was super tasty, causing me to overeat, but I won’t remove a star for that. We will definitely be ordering again.

My daughter likes to order pizza here and it is consistently wrong or late. We order online so I’m not sure how it can be wrong there is no phone miscommunications or anything. Last time the delivery driver kept the $ 5 instead of the $ 1 she said he could have out of the change for a tip. She didn’t even look when she shut the door at what he handed her and noticed later on. I’ve asked her to stop ordering form Pizza Hut.

This restaurant constantly hangs up on phone orders, offers to put a manager on the line and leaves you on hold, or just your pizza does not show up. It is unfortunate because there food is good for a pizza delivery place, but dealing with the employees taking the order has left a bad taste in my mouth. The last pizza we ordered and that wasn’t delivered we filed a complaint a received a free pizza which was nice… But trying to order today another pizza and the same problems crept up, couldn’t order online. Called and put on hold and never came back to the phone. Called back and was hung up on twice.

Last night at approximately 5:45 PM we ordered 5 pizzas ($ 65) for my dad’s birthday. We were told it would be delivered by 6:25 pm.
Around 7 pm we called to find out what was taking so long. The female who answered the phone accused us of giving her the wrong address and the wrong phone number. We had 12 people sitting in our living room when we called the order in who heard us give the address and phone number correctly, TWICE. In addition the employee repeated them back to us.
She said she would resend the pizzas when there was a driver available. We finally got the pizzas over two hours after initially ordering. There was no apology or compensation. The woman on the phone was rude and demonstrated a complete lack of customer service. Instead of trying to find a solution she fought us and accused us of not knowing our own phone number or home address.

Came here tonight for the free Pizza Sliders. We ordered 4 free ones (one for each of us) and a extra 9 box
We waited 20 minutes to get our free ones and then another 15 minutes for the ones we ordered. Really? We ordered them all at the same time. And then I ordered 3 of them with triple pepperoni, when I got them and got home they each had a total of 6 slices of pepperoni on each. Really 6 slices? I think they just didn’t put triple pepperoni on them.
