I got a Mediterranean salad with chicken. It wasn’t good. If I am going to be paying $ 8+ for a salad, it better be more than the bag of lettuce that I can buy in the supermarket with 18 pounds of feta on it(exaggeration). I don’t want that much feta, I want a salad with some balance. The greek salad with chicken was more balance, a better salad. However this was a $ 13 salad. Way too much money for what you are getting. I was served quickly. Next time I am in Salem, I’ll try the pizza place across the street.

While Pat’s has never been my first choice, last Friday our boss bought lunch for everyone. Not knowing their menu, I went with an Italian sub, figuring you can’t go wrong with those, and I wasn’t disappointed. It was fresh, very tasty and satisfying. While it might not be big enough for a large man, it was plenty for me and I probably should have saved some for later. My family already has a go-to place for both pizza and subs, so we most likely won’t become regulars, but I believe that you won’t be disappointed by their Italian sub.

Pat’s is a standard Pizza chain. It’s a good alternative to a drive thru window. Not bad, Not good. On one occasion, My boss ordered food and I went to pick it up for her. She wanted the«naked wings» but received regular hot wings and was not happy. Please check the order before leaving. Cashier was very nice.

Horrible experience today! When my lunch arrived, the fries were barely cooked and the cheese for them hardly melted. My pizza steak was shoved in a small box and the cheese and steak was all stuck to the paper

I’m up in the air about what to give Pat’s. On one hand, their food is often delicious, their prices acceptable, and their online ordering option supremely convenient when you don’t have cash on hand. On the other hand, Pat’s apparently has made it their policy not to employ friendly people behind the counter — order-takers are often supremely unpleasant and standoffish — and delivery can take a long, long time.(Two hours in a couple of cases, and we’re about four minutes away; although, in their defense, they did comp the food in these situations, and without provocation.) But on the plus side, those who actually deliver the food are often pleasant and personable. So, Pat’s gets a pass on the strength of decent food and friendly delivery drivers, but leaves a lot to be desired when phoning in an order and could stand to be a bit more efficient. It’ll do.
