We have been living here about 6 months we love living here! Everyone is awesome! Maintenance actually does maintenance in a timely fashion which is quite different from other places we have lived! You guys rock!

I’ve lived here for about a year, and I actually really enjoy it because it’s pretty quiet and most people are friendly around here.
I’m in the «under 55» group, and while they rent to only 20% (I believe) under 55, it sure feels like there are more and more young people moving in and being noisy. (Yikes, I sound old!) I moved here because I’m not a party person, and I just want a quiet, comfortable home. I am surrounded by two neighbors whose dogs don’t stop barking almost ever. It’s a bit aggravating, especially when they set my dog off.
Rent isn’t bad here, I guess. And the maintenance people are mostly all really nice. The office staff, however, does leave something to be desired. They’re not exactly the most responsive people I have dealt with (usually about a day or two for response to voicemail, if you get a response).
Good news is rent is payable online! YEAH!
