McDonald’s

This has to be the worst mc Donald’s I have ever been too. I am bummed to have to write a review like this but felt necessary… Maybe someone in corporate or the Dm will see this and make necessary changes. I only come here at night typically I’m here tonite at 1:42ish am. The man working drive thru was rude. Claims they only take cash and felt like telling me everything is the longest wait times I say no problem I’m patient on the fries. Poof hands me my order after paying no wait… So trying to deter me from ordering? Then when I pay I see his till and the cash in it he decides to pay me in all change legit dimes nickels and pennies. Cool no worries money is money. I get home fries are soggy and I’m missing my mc double. Wow what a joke. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a horrible experience here. The night shift manager is ruthless as well. I’ve came multiple times only to be mistreated and talked to via drive thru as if I were an inconvenience. Instead of asking what else may I get you or is there anything else sir? They say things like is that all? Is that it? With a horrible time that truly feels unwelcoming. Not sure what else to say except I wish something would be done about this. I’ve asked to talk to the manager before and she tells me I am the manager. It’s just ridiculous I hate this place now. Ask the guys that work at the chevron across the street how they feel about the night crew at mc Donald’s there. If the Dm reads this goto the chevron night crew and ask them how ruthless the lady that manages that place nights is. Pathetic!

The food here is just like any other Mcdonald’s, but the fries were a bit on the saltier side. I stopped by here on the way to Silver Falls National Park, and was pleasantly surprised with the hygiene of the place. The eating area and bathroom were both clean and did not smell. Service was also extremely fast; our food was ready a few minutes after we ordered. I definitely enjoyed the environment of this location much better than a lot of other ones that were dirtier and had flies flying around.

Ugh. I hate this place!!! The food is crap!!! Even though the chicken nugget wasn’t good at all!!! So when will this close!!! Prayer must answer!!!

Yea this mcdonalds sucks! They are rude and its annoying when they mess up my order. Or when im clearly still ordering they cut me off and say «is that everything». umm how about wait until im finished talking, idiot! There are only 2 employees there that are awesome. I wish I knew there names but its a older lady and a young lady. They usually work in the mornings. Also what kind of a crappy double drive thru do they have going on?! Its so super irritating how they want more than minimum wage but they cant even get a order right. Or make a coffee the way I ask for it. Cold fries and rude staff mostly from late afternoon to late at night. They do not deserve to make more than minimum wage if they cant even preform a simple job!

I have been here maybe 2 – 3 times. Never had an issue with it. Although I dislike their parking lot entrance/​exit. Drive through has always been quick and accurate for me.

I go to this McDonald’s because it is so close to my house, so it’s convenient, however, almost every time I go there all the fries I order are cold and old. I get the exact same thing every time and my cheeseburger bun is always half way off the lower bun and soda dripping down the side of my drinks.
I get frustrated because when I eat in my car there is sauce all over the side of one bun from not being put on correctly. And the soda on the side of my cup runs into my drink holder which then requires me clean the entire center consul every other week.
Not impressed.

I stop by this McDonalds when I’m on my way home late at night and I’m starving. I only go when I’m impartial about my order being messed up. Something is ALWAYS messed up or the employees will be short and rude or just ignore you. I just came from there after getting off work and I ordered a chocolate shake and burger. The lady handed me a shake that was almost all vanilla. I grabbed it and said, «you must be running out of chocolate huh?» She looked at me for a second and then stared off past my car looking to the horizon. I think she was waiting for me to leave but I stayed there waiting for a response and trying to think of what I should say after she does whatever she’s gonna do. But it was literally about 7 – 10 seconds later until she replied, «Yeah we are». Those were long seconds. There were no cars behind me and the lobby was closed. It was funny, I was thinking «look lady, acting like you’re listening to something in your headphones isn’t gonna make this a chocolate shake!». For real, this McDonalds has zero idea of customer service. Only when I’m starving and feeling in an inquisitive mood will I go here, mostly to cheer myself up about life by seeing that I could be a much, much, dumber person, working at this McDonalds. There’s gotta be a Baboon managing the place back there, just smearing poop around on papers. But it is Lancaster, even the other one on the far end of the street sucks. Makes me question why I moved to NE Salem… Seriously all of Lancaster sucks, all of it.

As you already know, the food here is the same like any other McDonalds across the country… so they won’t be any suprises… dining room is kind of smaill.
The big draw here is the 24 Hour Drive Thru… this is good to know, because when your staying at the hotels on Hawthorne, near Costco, this is a very convenient location. Because your only option is Denny’s late at night.

It’s McDonalds. Generally use this location as a meeting point. This location is a bit on the small size and it isn’t the easiest to get into and out of.
