McDonald’s

Horrible customer service. I hate this McDonalds. My friend lost her wallet and we went in to ask for it and they only gave her, her cards. The manager was really rude and I understand they were busy, but it was just a quick question. We asked about my friends wallet (Michael Kors) and they said a customer just returned the cards, not the wallet. He turned around and went back to what he was doing. I hate this place

Every third time I go up to the counter early in the morning I’m ignored. I just leave. Early mornings the dining room is full of transient men sipping their $ 1 bottomless coffee. Seems staff explicitly denies the existence of customers at this time of day. And for some reason the floor always seems greasy. What’s with that?

No, I did not eat the food myself (vegetarian me)…but went thru the drivethru for my hubby a few weeks ago. Only ordered two sausage egg mcmuffins and two hash browns. I paid at the first window and arrived at their second window only to wait EIGHT MINUTES for the food. Employee at one point said they were waiting on their hashbrowns. So I was imagining them being the best hashbrowns in the whole wide world! When they finally arrived I looked at them and could not believe they took EIGHT MINUTES to cook. Small patties! WEIRD!

Just your garden variety McDonald’s, didn’t want to stop here but I saw the 2 for $ 5 Big Mac sign and I haven’t gotten a Big Mac in years. Really it’s a 3 star at best but the 4^th star is for the heavyset young buck employee who was literally on his hands and knees like Cinderella scrubbing the grime! I have never seen that at a McDonald’s. I put in my time at a Mickey D’s and busted my chops but never did I do that! Yes sir! Attack it, balls to the wall! I’m inspired! Oh, and the 5^th star is for the bum fight that I witnessed right from my window in the parking lot! Lunch and entertainment! I’m lovin’ it!!!

Yet another visit to this McDonald’s is always super and I can surly say this the best or most organized locations here in the Salem area but I know their are a few others.
So yeah, Again my purchases are for the dollar items which I can’t really say anything bad about buying from the dollar menu but it seems like we are getting less and less dollar items. I will really miss all the dollar items when the time comes later in the years.
For me I’m always going for the strawberry pies because they always seem to hit the spot after a chicken sandwich and a large soda. Really, I’m not totally sure why but maybe it’s just one of those Mickey D things we know «I’m loving’ it» Hehehe…
This Mc D’s seems to be a 5-​star overall and the only complaint I have is they need another soda machine out front in the dining area like some of the other locations because when it gets busy there during the lunch or dinner rush… it’s very difficult or almost impossible to get my soda/​refill :)

Standard McDonald’s. Got our order as requested — no mistakes. Okay service. Bathrooms weren’t too bad. Overall, okay.

This is usually a good place to grab a bite to eat… This time taking my family on a random trip to grab some breakfast we place our order come home to eat it and ooh. Half my order is missing :-(so I call to tell them. The manager Mike said oh come on back well make it fresh. Also asked me what I want him to do to make this right. Really rude to ask a customer and put me on the spot. So I get thier and my food is just reheated and I get a free dollar item. Ya no thanks. We will not be going back to this mcdonalds …

So, I went to the drive-​thru because I was in a bit of a hurry. Yeah, about that. Homeslice that was working the speaker had a cell phone that was going off in the background making it hard to hear. OK, that’s professional. Anyways, K-​fed told me to pull up to the second window, a’ight. I did, and ‘ol gal was like «did you not pay at the first window?» To which I replied «no, he said to pull up to the second window». Ol gal informed me that she had to «run my card to the back for me». OK, ah, you aren’t doing anything for me besides your job. Then she said my food would be a few minutes and to park up front. Ah, isn’t this a drive thru? We had to park and wait for 10 minutes. Awful service for such a small order. Food was cold and messy. You suck, McDonald’s, and just reminded me why I don’t eat there.

I visited this location on ¹⁄₂₆ @ about 7:50 pm. I walk up to the counter and this larger women in a burgundy shirt was busy making signs, she said the girl will be with you in a minute. The counter girl was busy putting orders together, making fry’s etc. After I stood at the counter for approximately 4 to 5 minutes the women in the burgundy shirt took my order. I guess the managers priority in not customer service. Also, I was just ordering a Sundae and get these at least once a week, this one was only half full. The counter girl was very nice.

Went in at about 4pm today. The first issue I had was that I noticed that the person taking the order had missed a special order item at the end of my order. No big deal as I talked to her at the window. Immediately I knew I made a mistake. She asked me if I was sure I said that. Yeah I’m perry sure but hey mistakes can be made both ways. She comes back and tells me she got it fixed so there would be no issues. Great no harm no foul. I was wrong, very very wrong. She handed out my order and I had to ask for my Dr. Pepper, again this stuff happens when places are rushed, no big deal laugh it off and drive home. Fries are fantastic out of the bag since they were fresh so that is a plus. Then I get home and I find out what’s wrong in the bags. No sauce for the nuggets, both burgers that she assured me were plain were not only regular that seemed to have a mass amount of onions on them, and my kids cheeseburger happy meal is chicken nuggets. Seeing as how I had just gotten off work and was tired I accepted defeat and my kid was a good sport about it when given a couple extra nuggets from his mom. Gave the burgers to my neighbor and made myself a sandwich. I usually go to the McDonald’s on Hawthorne but today I made a mistake by choosing convenience over proven quality. I won’t make that mistake again. 2 stars because the food they did get right was great.
