I’ve been a member at maps since I was about 6 years old. Pretty much my whole family banks here. This last year I am really wondering why I would trust them with my money when they have made some pretty big mistakes, changed details on my account and charged me for things I didn’t authorize. Luckily they have a pretty great lady at the corporate level that is pretty good at her job and smooths issues over pretty well. I’m a pretty loyal customer and I don’t like change so for now I’m still with them. I recommend treading carefully if you bank with maps.
