I’ve never once had to deal with such truly hateful and horrible people. They are absolute scumbags that think they are better than everyone else. Don’t spend money there so this dump will close.

I love this store because they have the best sales and friendliest associates.
It seems as though the employees here are happy and encouraged to sell with positive reinforcement.
I used to work at Macy’s and it was a sh*t show so I can pretty much tell that the management team here is probably friendly to their sales associates and treats them with respect.
Everyone that we came in contact with smiled, greeted us and asked if we
needed any assistance.
The merchandise is clearly marked and the sales racks were organized by color. Like whoa! Not Your Daughters Jeans were on sale for like $ 75! At Bloomie’s they were full priced at $ 140 or something.
A lot of gorgeous jewelry was also on sale with an extra 20% off. Can’t beat that!
I absolutely love coming to Lord & Taylor, especially this location because it’s never too crowded and everything is clean and organized.

I had hard time paying for stuff I bought. Twice I visited it took me several minutes before I can pay at the register. I got redirected twice in one visit because the register was not opened and ready at 12:40 pm. I know it is not the most popular store but I should be able to pay for my purchase promptly.
Also, bathroom faucet need redesign. The water gets cut off every 5 seconds. Something to do with sensor in faucet head, but it was quite annoying.

Great customer service in shoe department, Laura is the best! She moves quick and will help you find what you are looking for. Cosmetic and jewelry department all are always smiling and friendly. I wanted to get my make up done and they did it as a complimentary service. Macy’s you must buy a certain amount of makeup for this service and the staff is not very helpful. Lord and Taylor managers that are on the floor have helped me with finding merchandise. They too, always smile, helpful, and go above and beyond customer service. This store has great lighting and the way the store is structured makes the shopping stress free. The sales they have are better than going to your local Marshall’s or TJ Maxx. Watch for coupons as they have them all the time.

I bought a few things here but good lord are they pricey! I generally avoid here simply because of the prices, never really discounted and always at msrp. It’s spacious and has a department for every family member. They are the newest addition to the mall. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend. Only if you have that kind of money to spend.

Lord & Taylor @ the Rockingham mall have poor customer service. Two weeks ago I was wondering around at the mall, and happened to stop at Lord & Taylor. Their representative and the cosmetic + jewelry manager talked me into applying for card to get the 15% discount, + the additional «friend & family» discount happen to be a few days away. So I thought I would just take advantage of the sales, but i had to wait until the day of the «friend&family» discount to pick up my items. All of my items are picked out, but when I picked up my order a few days later.
First, The lady who gave me my items was NOT really sincere to help me get my items. When she got my order, I told her that a few things in my order are missing. She wasn’t happy to help me out. She looks like she wants to get ridoff me. So I got most of my items, but there is one item is missing.
I called back on friday, trying to get a hold of the manager that I spoke to at the time i applied for the card. However, I have a hard time to reach her. I called in total of three times and every time I called in, I feel like i got kick around from their representative.
I left my number and have their manager to call me back. Guess what, it been a week and she never call me back.
Overall, I think Lord & Taylor have poor representative. they’re good at talking you into buying their stuff, but once you bought it. They are careless of helping you to get your items. This is my first time at Lord & Taylor, and I spent like $ 400 — $ 500 at their store. but I feel that i’m having so many troubles to deal with them. and I don’t think it worth my time returning. since they are not the only department store that selling the things that I want/​need.

Wow. First time at the Salem NH store tonight – absolutely beautiful. I would have thought I were in a Nordstrom store! The salespeople were sweet, friendly and helpful– they went out of their way to greet me and ask if I needed help. Great customer service & what a pleasant shopping experience. I visited the children’s department & found a lot of sale merchandise! Marked down, then 40% off… Plus the salesperson gave me an extra 20% coupon discount even though I’d forgotten my coupon. Even the bathrooms are beautiful. You MUST check it out, I can’t wait to go back and check out the women’s department!

New and nice location. It is crazy bright inside though because everything is a very shiny white color including the floors. God bless the people who have to clean this place.
As others have stated the store is a majority of women’s clothes, but this is the same at every other LT location except the one in downtown Boston. While they don’t have every brand known to man they have nice brands and a decent amount of selection of items from each of them. Prices are typical of other LT locations although its nice that they finally have one in NH so you don’t have to pay tax anymore for big ticket items like suits or such as MA does charge tax on clothes that cost more than $ 175.

The store clearly has no care about male customers as 90% of the store is women’s. Men’s department is so small with little selection it seems that it was an afterthought.

I checked out the new Lord & Taylor at the Mall at Rockingham Park.
The store is all white, with white Marble floors. Its sleek, modern and contemporary.
Woman’s fashions take up ¾ of the store and men’s 1 quarter.
The prices are high, to be expected. Yes. They. Are.
Maybe still stop back again to check out sales, as I don’t plan on spending $ 80 on a shirt or $ 125 on a Diesel windbreaker anytime soon.

Great to have this new Lord & Taylor at the Mall At Rockingham Park in Salem!!! Lots of great quality stuff to shop for!!!
