Lady Grace Intimate Apparel

I love lady Grace! Every time I have a special event of some kind I go there to buy my undergarments. The ladies are always so helpful and funny and a pleasure to work with. Today I went in to get the undergarments for my wedding in three weeks. As usual they were very helpful and excited for me about the wedding! I always recommend Lady Grace to friends and will continue to go there whenever I want to feel extra special.

So the website online stated their hours as being until 8 every day. At 6:57, my friend and walked in only to have an older lady who was vacuuming yell «three minutes!!» When we asked for clarification, she tried to explain that the website that stated the hours wasn’t actually theirs, and that it belonged to google.
Now… I don’t know much about computer programming, but I do know that Google wouldn’t create an entire website on behalf of lady grace… With their address… And their logo…
Who knows, maybe they would’ve been an ok store. But that one lady was so rude that I had no desire to stick around to find out.

salesperson was unpleasant. probably will avoid this store. just not a nice environment. Pretty sorry I went there to spend my money.

I’ve been to Lady Grace in the past and been reasonably satisfied. Unfortunately this time was not so great. The sales girl there was so awful. First of all, she measured me OVER MY SWEATER and told me I needed a certain band size. And I said what about the cup size? «Oh», she said, «that’s not important.» Huh? So I told I her I had been measured in another store and I knew what i needed. She went over to the rack and pulled off a few several sizes larger than what I asked for. She’s walking around with these bras, not even letting me look at them, and finally I asked her what she had — saw they were the wrong size — and decided to be firm. I told her what I wanted. She was annoyed but deigned to pull a few off the rack and I went to try them on. She explained to me that she didn’t have very many in that size which is why she had the others in her hand. (So the important thing is what she has, not what size I actually need.)
It’s pretty hard to gear yourself up to bra shopping when you’re a large size, as I am. It’s a shame that it had to be such a difficult experience.
