No one but Lindsey will ever touch my hair again! Not only did she squeeze me in super last minute, but she did such a phenomenal job coloring my hair! Such a fun and glamorous atmosphere where you can really relax and enjoy your time away from kidos and feel like a hot woman instead of just a hot mama.

I came in to get my hair curled before a special event. The store is a little run down but it’s nice enough and not dirty. The location was convenient since I was staying at the Grand Hotel just down the street. The website lists a «thermal style» for $ 20 where you come in with clean dry hair and they will either straighten or curl your hair, as opposed to the $ 35 shampoo and blowout with style. I thought that was an awesome and cost effective option so I used the online system to schedule the thermal style. At the end of my appointment of only receiving the thermal style I was still charged the full $ 35 despite not getting a shampoo and my appointment lasting a whopping 15 – 20 minutes. The style ended up being a little too loose and it fell out before my event 3 hours later, but I think the stylist at least understood what I wanted. What it fell out to wasn’t terrible (thank goodness) but was something I could have done myself and not paid $ 35 for.

I was greeted with a glass of wine and in girl heaven! I got a Brazilian from Monica. She is extremely professional and made me feel comfortable in every way. She was quick and to the point which made it less painful. I have had a number of waxes in the past and this way by far the most enjoyable. I will for certain be back for maintaining and other services.

This salon saved my life! My hair stylist bailed on me several days before my wedding and Glamour took us in. They couldn’t help me on my wedding day but instead showed my maid of honor how to do my hair and took me in to do my hair for my bachelorette party as well! They were so wiling to help and even gave me wine to relax
Even though I don’t live in Salem, this will be my GO TO salon every chance I’m in town!
Also, the stylists give nothing but good vibes. Love it!!!

Paid $ 125 for a «keratin smoothing treatment» which I have had done before at a different salon only this time at Glamour it did not work. I walked out with worse hair than I walked in with. The appointment was only 1 hour long and it should have been about 4 hours if done correctly. My hair should have been parted into sections making sure my hair absorbed every bit of the keratin, but no it was sprayed on top of my hair giving no coverage what so ever. I did not leave with luscious smoothed out hair and was offered no refund. I have gone elsewhere to get the smoothing treatment and my hair is amazing. Idk what Glamour put on my hair, but it was definitely not the keratin smoothing treatment and I was completely ripped off. There are more qualified hair dressers out there that know what they’re doing, some of them you unfortunately cannot trust. You just have to search a little harder.

Great salon! I had Josie who was so incredibly sweet and talented. A real joy to talk to, I haven’t laughed that much in a long time. I went knowing I at least wanted a good trim and layering for my long hair. By the time I was sitting in my chair I knew for sure I wanted a good chunk of it off and something pretty new! I told Josie and we discussed doing a short, more much more layered look which she ended pulling off beautifully!
She washed my hair, which is always my favorite and felt incredible. She also cut it, blew dry it, and styled it! It was exactly what I wanted and felt great. And the entire service was only $ 35! I was blown away expecting it to cost way more.
As for the salon, lots of super cute clothes. I didn’t get a chance to shop but will be back. The actual salon itself is not super fancy (my chair titled a bit and the drawers had some wear) but the most important thing to me by far is that I got great haircut from a lovely lady, for an awesome price. I recommend it for sure and will be back!

This place is adorable and Charlie is wonderful! I had an appointment to get a cut today and Charlie even got me in with like 3 days notice! Awesome and totally unexpected. Love how they offer a glass of wine at the beginning of your appointment and Charlie gave me a fabulous cut.
I was hoping to keep my length and get more shape to clean up my hair. She completely honored my wishes and I couldn’t be happier with my cut. I will definitely return and suggest my friends to see Charlie and the stylists here. She gave me such a cute style when I left too.
I also browsed and bought a fun pair of earrings, a super cute shirt and a cami/​tank — all for $ 22! Great gift ideas in here, cute consignment clothing, scarves, jewelry, and shoes. Wander in and check this spot out!

Wax appointment with Jennifer was unlike any Brazilian I have had before. The whole process is very spa like. Jennifer is a very sweet person greeting you with a smile and chocolate. You are offered a neck warmer and the treatment room is very relaxing. Jennifer plays spa music and the walls are painted a dark color. The treatment bed is very comfortable. There is a lovely chandelier to gaze up at. The lights are dimmed and she uses a light just over the treatment area. Jennifer is a perfectionist. I mean that in the best way! She was so through. This was probably the best wax I’ve gotten. The actual wax she uses is really nice. If you want a Brazilian do yourself a favor and come here. It’s a little more expensive then other salons I have been to but absolutely worth the cost.

Monica McGrew, the aesthetician at Glamour is absolutely fantastic! I usually get my brows waxed and a spray tan from her that is very reasonably priced and super quick! I always get A TON of compliments on my tan and how natural the color looks, and best yet, it’s never streaky!!! I highly recommend any service Monica provides!

I love this place, so cute and sheek lots of awesome clothing and accessories. My most favorite tho is going to see Monica McGrew for a wax, spray tan, or facial. She is simply amazing at what she does. I will never go to anyone else after going to her. She always makes me feel comfortable and beautiful, the conversation is also a plus! I would definitely recommend her services to anyone. They also have a amazing nail girl Traci. If your looking for a good place to go for any of these things this is your place!

I love this place!!! The team is unbelievable, super amazing personalities and they all care about your needs. Lindsey has put extensions in my hair and I’ve never been so thrilled. She is such an expert. Her knowledge and tips are so helpful. I recommend her boutique, it’s fun and there is always something to look forward to. Lindsey is always helping charities, and making events to support the locals. Super positive atmosphere and I always love the feeling when I’m there!

I came to Glamour for a haircut a few months ago and completely forgot to write a review. My stylist, Melissa, was super nice and funny, and she did a great job. It had been almost two years since I got my hair cut last, it was down to my butt! Took off almost a foot of hair and it looked amazing! I’ll definitely go back! Also this boutique has super cute clothes, shoes, and home décor things. It’s heaven

I had a SpaFinder giftcard to use and found Glamour through SpaFinder’s website and I’m glad I did! Although I got lost trying to follow my google map directions it is easy to find, located in downtown Salem on Liberty Street right across from Froznation and Subway.
I thought the boutique would be filled with overpriced items but was surprised to find really cute dresses for as low as ten bucks!
My daughters both had their hair cut and flat ironed and couldn’t have been happier!
