They automatically offer a year warranty on anything purchased. And offer a Fred Meyer Lifetime Care plan for a percentage of the total price of the necklace, ring, earrings, etc. so for a 18 inch. 14KT Rose gold chain it’s $ 30 for a lifetime of service on it. Especially cause necklaces can be so thin.
Suzy was Friendly, attentive, honest and courteous.
Enjoyed my experience, especially since I came in looking like I rolled out of bed with a Mario shirt on and yoga pants, Suzi treated me like royalty. :0)
Have to come back tomorrow to get the ‘employee sale’ additional 20% off, so they did a presale for me, let me take it home, but have to come back tomorrow to get the dollars back I would have saved if the sale was today. So that’s cool they let me do that … But lame I have to come back tomorrow. Overall great experience.
