The one and only time I have been here I cannot complain on the service or the services offered at this FedEx Location. I use FedEx next to our home and the guys there know me so its always a good experience however this place is great for an east coast place. What I mean for east cost is the usually lower level in customer services in comparison to California.

The worst place to go to ever, printer are not complicated but they are for someone that don’t use them often and I dare you ask for help with the using the printers you’ll get the worst attitude, fedex needs to limit it’s business to shipping and hope they can handle that. People behind the counter are always pretending to be busy when they can ask you first about what kind of service you came in for then give you a few mins to Wait but ignoring Customers is a no no kinkos people .I’m never going back there. Staples rocks and usps is the best to ship fedex

Filled out my paperwork for normal fedex, then first counter guy suggested new paperwork for ground. Filled out that paperwork then second counter guy wanted to repackage my box.
Drove over to post office and they happily took my package for $ 8.95 — USPS isn’t dead long as fedex keeps giving cust svc like this…
