We walked into this jewelry store on a whim to take a peek at the diamond rings that they offer. This was the first time we have ever looked so it was exciting. The woman working behind the counter had the worst attitude and customer service. She had no desire to help us because we were just looking at the moment. There is no way that I would return and buy anything from that store. It’s unfortunate.

My fiancé and I bought our wedding bands as well as my engagement ring from Diamond Jewelers, and had a wonderful experience. We chose this store because they carried a specific jewelry designer whose work I’d fallen in love with online. The consultant who helped us was knowledgeable and understanding of our budget, and even went out of the way to order in a sample of one of the rings that I’d seen online because the store didn’t have one to show me in person. When it came to choosing a diamond, Gary was very helpful in showing us several different options. I feel like we got a very fair price on what we purchased, and I always get complements on the ring and setting!

My fiancé and I bought both of our wedding bands here, and I will keep going to them for any future jewelry. They are a small business, which is awesome and rare at a mall jeweler. They were very low-​pressure and allowed us to tell them what we were looking for and then made recommendations that fit our price range. They have a free layaway plan, which made it easy to get them paid off and they offer free engraving (up to 12 characters). They have a nice and informative staff and a great variety of rings, necklaces, watches, bracelets, earrings and jewels other than diamonds.
