This is probably one of the worst Burger King locations I’ve ever been to. My drink is always overflowing, they fill it up way too much and it always leaks on the lid. I’m pretty sure one of the requirements to even work here is to be completely brain dead. I got my order, a number 13(chicken fries) I clearly said number 13 and my chicken fries are nowhere to be found; instead replaced with some burger of sorts. Didn’t even bother returning it, told my boyfriend he could eat it. These people are dense and I’m actively avoiding this location from now one. The one in Derry isn’t too bad, and the Londonderry one is fine as well.

Quick service tonight. Still have the two for $ 5 deal and 10pc nuggets for $ 1.49 — can’t go wrong with that.

You don’t go to a fast food burger joint expecting much beyond fast service so if they can’t do that they don’t deserve more than 1 star. This location may be the slowest EVER. What’s the point of fast food if it isn’t fast?

The staff is so rude, gets the orders wrong, and after you correct them after you already paid, they charge you. For their wrong doing. The staff, even the white shirts aka«managers» are on the phone disreguarding you at any cost. They don’t even deserve one star.

I had to go to the post office during lunch so I figured why not go through the BK drive-thru and get a burger. Big mistake. I order a hamburger without pickles. I have the burger on the seat next to me. I unwrap with my right hand, reach in and pick up the burger. Ketchup and mustard immediately spurt out everywhere; my hands, the burger wrapper, my car seat. Oh well, mistakes happen. I head inside the store and request the burger with no pickle be remade without extra ketchup and extra mustard this time. I don’t bother to check, I mean they are fixing a mistake so no way they get it wrong a second time. Get the burger out of the package with no runaway condiments, take a bite; mustard spurts out onto my sweater and it TASTESDISGUSTING. What do I find when I look inside? No pickle, no onion, no ketchup, with mayonnaise and extra mustard. I don’t care if the grill people were mad they had to remake a burger and did it on purpose or if they are just so incompetent that even when fixing a mistake they can’t get it right. Either way I guess I will stick with McD’s. They may make mistakes too but at least they fix them.

These guys have gotten better. About 10 years or ago, give or take, there was a big write-up in the Tribune about how they’d been shut for health violations. I personally stopped going there for awhile after I saw a woman changing her baby’s diaper on a dining room table, only to have the assistant manager approach her(I was hoping he was going to let her have it), only to say, ‘Hi honey! Hey everyone, meet my wife and baby!!‘ Ugh. The service has also improved. I remember days of waiting for 15 minutes or more for my order, while employees behind the counter moved so slowly you’d think there was a gas leak.(Well, there probably IS a gas leak, since they all pick on fast food all day, but that’s a different kind of ‘gas.’) These guys have always been famous for stuff like not putting cheese on when you ask for it 10 times, putting fries into your bag upside down so they all fall out, or giving you the wrong order entirely. And there’s that endless mystery of why there is always one lonely french fry in every order of onion rings.(Is this a union thing??) I have always thought, BK’s food is so much better than Mickey D’s; Its too bad they don’t have the same service. Luckily, the management and employees have all turned over, and its much better now. Not that I even go there that often, but we’ve all been at Market Basket and smelled the flame broiled goodness next door, and walked over that rickety little bridge, because we couldn’t resist. You’ve done it too. Don’t lie. Now if only they’d leave a stack of cardboard crowns out for the taking, like they used to. I feel so embarrassed asking for one, at my age.
