Les Best is one of the finest barbers around.
he can do a razor fade better than the new younger barbers, Flattops are the most accurate, and hes quite a gentleman. highly recommend

Les Best cut my hair in Santa Ana, California where his barber shop was for ages. How time flies! Must have been 20 years ago.
His haircuts are the Best, as is the environment in the shop.
Great old music, and Les’ jokes will give you a chuckle.

Best Barbers, operated by Les Best for the last six years, is no more or less than what it appears: an authentic, traditional American barbershop. First time customers are welcome, and cheerfully greeted on their return. 1940’s classics play in the background. John Wayne’s picture on the wall. Good value ($ 12.00, cash or credit card) for a great haircut, without snobbery or pretention. Depending on the season, one or two barbers (Larry Clark likes to spend the the winters in Southern California).
Note: Best Barbers has moved 150-​feet, directly across the parking lot from its’ old location (in the same shopping center, but addressed off the side street, Browning Avenue, instead of Commercial Street). The address is 735 Browning Avenue SE, Suite 100, Salem, 97 302‑3874.
