Bemister’s Pool & Patio

I was looking for a set of patio furniture. I shopped many stores and I was looking for a teak set. My neighbors reccomended I go to bemisters because that was were they purchased their set. I found the brand I wanted at the best price ! I had a very pleasant shopping experience. The salesperson was very knowleable about his products. Not only were the delivery guys on time, they assembled the furniture, placed it on my back deck and went over the care and maintenance of the teak. GREAT GUYS :)

OK, so I’m a new pool owner and was having a lot of trouble getting my pool to clear up after opening it at the beginning of summer. It was very green when we first opened it and while I got that cleared up, the pool was still very cloudy.
I went into Bemiser’s and they tested my water, gave me a written report on what was going on with my water, told me exactly what I needed to do and within a few days, it was all cleared up.
They’ve always been pretty helpful and knowledgeable when I’ve had questions so I’m pretty satisfied with their service and prices so far.

OK… don’t have a problem with the people. But I purchased a ADAGIO fire pit from them for about $ 1,500. It didn’t last more than 3 years. I would highly suggest if you go there to stay away from that brand.

The worst company I ever dealt with. When purchasing products, they are helpful. When there is a problem with the product. they could care less. I was getting my pool ready for my daughters bridal shower, I bought a liner, which was guaranteed to fit my pool.
I had multiple problems with it. We spent money trying to fit this liner. I had a pool guy come out and suggested return it… This will not fit. I called Bemister and spoke to the father of the business. He told me to take pictures, bring them in and he would help. I brought the pictures in and refuse to see them. Then denied our whole conversation. This is not good customer service… and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I would like to add the gentleman that fixed my pool (with a liner from namco) felt badly and didn’t charge me… I’m still out 400.00 plus dollars
