Bare Escentuals

I can’t say enough about the store. I used to go to the Nashua store because Jenny was there and was amazing as a make up assistant to me. She taught me to understand how my skin worked, and how to accentuate my skin without looking made up.
When she told me she was leaving Nashua, I was heartbroken. But then, she told me she was moving to the Salem store.
Of course I followed. Jenny is an amazing asset to the store and I can’t stay enough about the store. So much more personable, the staff is amazing and I like the fact that not everybody is young and inexperienced.
The products are great, and the staff is very knowledgeable and helping you out and learning more about your skin while using their products.
Everybody should frequent the Salem store. If they are in New Hampshire, that is the place to go.
Nashua, take note. Harassing your clients by calling them all the time to tell them about new products? Not cool. Not cool. Especially after I’ve told you that I moved to the Salem store with Jenny. Thanks

I love this store! I have an hour drive to get there, but still prefer to bring friends and family to this location when introducing them to Bare Minerals. The award winning products speak for themselves — you can look anything up online so I won’t get into that here. It is the customer service that stands out. Amy and her staff make you feel welcome without the hard sales pitch. There is never any pressure to purchase, and the knowledgeable, friendly staff make great recommendations. As a result I am a faithful customer. As a matter of fact, I am taking my niece there today for her first make-​under and birthday present. Love the products, love the staff, love the service. In this day and age that is a rare find. :o)

My only complaint would be, let your customer walk in before you’re checking them out.
My last visit, I wanted to see if they had any new eyeshodow pallets. I also needed foundation. The girl who greeted me, as I walked in, asked me what I came in looking for. I told her I needed my foundation powder. She offered to look up my color, they have your previous purchases on file if you have an in store discount card. She walked over grabbed it then walked directly to the register. As she rang me in, proud that she got it for me, I’m thinking «you’re sale was almost double» almost… there’s no second place in sales. I was in the store less than 5 minutes and felt rushed out!
I went to MAC for my eyeshadow that day. $ 160 that I would have spent there, if she had not been so quick to assume I was done shopping!
The actual products are great though!

The makeup speaks for itself and when I wanted to try a few new products is instantly felt like I was at a girls day rather than a retail store. All the girls were super friendly and the store manager did my makeup for dinner plans I had following my shopping! It looked great!

I love this place!!! They treat you like you’re a girlfriend, not just a customer. I’ve never had a bad or rude experience and I’m there pretty often!

They don’t have a Bare Escentuals everywhere. So this is a good place to get all your Bare Escentuals needs.
