I went to Studio 5 once and Leann cut my hair. She did great for the first time cutting someone new. I planned on returning. The shop is nothing fancy — in fact the waiting area is in dire need of new couches. I had to wait on one that had a hole so big you almost fell through! The shop could also benefit from a receptionist of some kind. Both times I went I wasn’t greeted in any fashion. One of my children needed a haircut and I made an appointment again with Leann. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment and Leann wasn’t there. I inquired if she was working today and that I had an appointment after my appointment time had passed plus 5 minutes. I was told she ran some errands but they thought she had just pulled up. Another 10 minutes passed and she didn’t come into the shop. The assumption on my part was either she forgot she had an appointment(and the other stylist didn’t offer to go get her) or she wasn’t interested in making money that day. Leann can cut hair but the salon environment and the lack of attentiveness to customers leaves quite a bit to be desired.

Mollie is wonderful! She listened to what I needed, and evaluated how we could work together to get my hair back to a healthy look. She gave me a fabulous cut. I look forward to visiting this salon again. Note: Mollie only accepts cash or check.
