I can’t say I’m a huge fan of this Winn Dixie. I usually go here out of convenience. It can usually be a hit or miss. Sometimes their produce is kind of poor, the shelves aren’t always stocked(especially if they are sale items) and the staff isn’t always the friendliest.

This is my go to grocery store when I need extras between big shopping days. I use the Winn-Dixie card to get discounts and to add money to my fuel points! Sometimes they have really good sales, but I’m not sure if it’s really bogus baiting sales or if I’m always too late??? I’ve asked for rain checks on sale items. It’s always NO. They don’t give them on items that are on sale??? Weird. Good selection throughout store, but produce is slim.

Winn-Dixie often runs one day sales. However, when you go there, they are oftentimes sold out. Winn Dixie needs to plan better to have the products in the store and enough to cover the high demand.

This grocery store is decent and the staff is generally nice. I do enjoy ringing the bell as you are exiting and hearing the employees going«WOHOO!» The location is convenient to me as it is close to where I live and I pass by this location with my commute. However, I have also been to the nearby Publix on 66th street a decent amount of times and enjoy that location more than this Winn Dixie. Publix has more options and they tend to be around 5−10% cheaper than Winn Dixie. Also, Publix has samples it gives out to its customers, which is another feature that this Winn Dixie does not have. On the other hand, Winn Dixie does have a cool fuel savings that goes with its card holder program. This can be used at any Shell and other participating gas station. I believe the average savings I have gotten are around 10 to 30 cents a gallon. There is also even a nearby Shell to this location on 9th Avenue and Tyrone Blvd. All in all, an okay place to do some shopping with some cool fuel saving perks, but I would recommend the nearby Publix on 66th street if you want more variety and to save some money.

I enjoy coming here because it’s close to my house. But gee does this place suck to get a parking spot! I usually ride my bike here. I juice a lot and I usually need produce and greens which is a disappointment for me to come here… try to steer clear from their produce here! Go to the Publix on 66th St N or the Sweetbay down on 22 Ave N for exqusite and beautiful produce! Another thing that bums me out is they don’t have a big organic or gluten free section. No rice milk to be found here either! And over all brand selection is limited. It’s cool to have a little Winn Dixie Fuel Saving card that lets you save up on gas over at Shell gas station. But Winn Dixie is over priced anyways so you feel like you’re saving money. Decent to come here if I forgot something or need a emergency snack. Ill stick to Publix and Costco.
