I only bought propane here so I can’t review their business in general.

!!! DO NOT RENT A U-​BOX FROM THIS LOCATION !!!
If this had been me messing up something like this at my place of employment, I would be fired.
After looking at different moving options, I deemed the U-​Box to be the most efficient choice for my needs. Having reserved my unit ahead of time, I stopped by the office to retrieve it and begin my move. Once in the office, I was greeted by staff that were very friendly but immediately had problems once the contracts started. The staff admitted that they had no idea what they were doing and started calling out to other offices for help.
This should have been my first cue.
After packing up and returning my unit, I was told that it would ship and take an estimated 11 business days to arrive in Minneapolis, MN. As business day 15 arrived, I called the MN location and they said that they had no record of anything under my name. With this coming to light, I called the Park St. office and asked if they could check on my order. I was told, «Oh, yeah, we have no idea how to do that. Let me transfer you to Todd.»
Todd is the single greatest thing to happen to U-​Haul. Todd broke the news to me that my cargo had NOT SHIPPED and had BEEN SITTING IN FLORIDA FOR 3 WEEKS. This was my home, this was my dresser, my couch, my clothes, my chairs, and items I needed for business. In a span of an hour, Todd had found the issue (stemming from the original store), fixed the issue, and I was contacted by someone that was able to process the shipping. Todd waived all storage fees that had been accruing.
Short version: This store deprived me of my belongings for over a month, due to their incompetence with their own process and product. They may be good in other aspects, but DO NOT rent a U-​Box from them.
